 Description: If you're already in business but would like to increase your efficiency and sales, this course is for you. The Business Boot Camp for Existing Businesses is an in-depth 12-week course that covers:

Planning and research

Management and legal structure

Marketing analysis, strategies, tactics and implementation

Financial overview, books, records and controls; managing your money through financial planning, budgets and cash flow analysis, understanding and using your financial statements

Financing your buisness with alternative sources of money

The deal making process and negotiating in the sources of money

The deal making process and negotiating in the real world

Your business future and managing growth

In addition, you will have a working business plan by the end of the course (based on program completion).
